"Business strategy and digital strategy go hand in hand. With our broad perspective and extensive experience we light your way. "

Founder
We distinguish four forms of consultancy and strategy.
These precede development and can be used separately as independent tools.
1. Business strategy
For both internal and external processes, you can only map them out properly if the business strategy is clear. So whether you are creating a public site or internal platform, for example, it is always an integral part of your business processes and therefore crucial to take a closer look at them first.
We really want to understand and feel what you stand for and where you want to go. The business strategy step is one where we 'step in'. After all, you already have an idea and often a working strategy. When we understand everything, we can really help. We look at it a bit differently as an outsider with different expertise.
We usually do several sessions to map out your strategy. In this we use tools to reduce the start management to the core and describe all important facets. The tools are like games that challenge you to get to the heart of the matter and take a critical look at your own company or initiative. It is a lot of fun, exciting and educational to do!
2. Business processes
3. Digital processes
Do you have your (new) strategy clear? Then it is time to take a closer look at the processes. Even for non-technical processes it is a good plan to let us think along. We have more in-house experience than just IT and IT encompasses more than the digital world. We are used to mapping and analyzing processes. Offline you are just as concerned with interaction and workflow.
The overview is important to obtain. We don't want to over-automate. Where things are supposed to be human, they must above all remain human. The digital processes are required to support. If the business processes are clear, we also know what is required digitally.
4. Choosing technologies
We look at the short and long term. We also look at the size of your company and the future of the software.
You can hire us for an independent analysis. If you want us to make something for you, we choose from a set that we know well and have full confidence in. This is the only part of the strategy process that is different for our software customers.
If it concerns external development or internal at the customer, we do look at the experience of the candidates. Mastering a new technology is not as easy as it seems.
